I wanted to order, but the sizes I actually needed were always out of stock. I’m cautious about buying the wrong size or settling for something that might not work, so I ended up not feeling confident placing an order

I went in looking for a few things, maybe 4 or 5 items, and pretty much all of them were out of stock. This has happened a couple times now, so it’s frustrating when they never seem to have the stuff I need.

I’ve been using the Arm & Hammer laundry products and the cleaning powder for a little while now, and they’ve been really reliable. The biggest thing I notice is how well it handles odors, my bath towels come out smelling fresh instead of musty, and it does a great job on my gym shirts after workouts.
I’m giving it 4 stars because a couple of the scents are stronger than I personally like, and one box arrived with some powder spilled inside the package. That said, the cleaning power is solid, especially for the price, and I’d definitely buy it again

I grabbed this Arm & Hammer deodorant thinking, okay, this should be reliable, right? But it just didn’t work for me. A few hours in, I could already smell sweat, and I kept thinking, wait, did I even put enough on this morning? I wasn’t exercising or running around either, just having a normal day.

By the end of the day, it felt like I hadn’t used deodorant at all, which was frustrating. I really wanted to like it, but nope, not for me. Definitely disappointed and I don’t see myself buying it again.

I don’t know why, but every time I try to scoop this litter, the clumps just fall apart. It gets kind of muddy and breaks up really easily, which makes cleaning the box way more frustrating than it should be.

I was trying to get a straight answer about some of the ingredients, but the lists felt really vague and customer service wasn’t much help. The email replies felt like they were written by robots, just generic responses that didn’t actually answer my questions. It makes me hesitant to buy Arm & Hammer products again.

I really wanted this to work because I bought it mostly for the odor control, and I mean, it’s Arm & Hammer, so I figured it would be solid. But the smell came back so fast, like by the next day I was already noticing it again. Kind of disappointing because that was the whole reason I paid for it. Maybe it works better for other people, I don’t know, but for me it just wasn’t worth the price and I probably wouldn’t buy it again.

The box arrived beat up, like some genius dragged it around before delivery. The packaging was ripped open before it even got to me, which was really annoying

I had a hard time finding what I needed on the site. The menus felt kind of messy, and I kept clicking around without getting anywhere. Also, the way some info was shown made me wonder if there might be extra fees I wasn’t seeing upfront, which didn’t feel great

The toothpaste tasted fine and was easy enough to use, but after a few weeks I didn’t see much change in my teeth stains. I was hoping for better results. Has anyone else had the same issue with it?

I started using this earlier in the week, and by the second or third day my skin was getting really irritated. At first I thought it might calm down, but later that night the itching got bad. I had to stop using it because my skin just didn’t react well to it.

I picked this up hoping the fresh smell would actually stick around, but it disappeared quickly. The clothes smelled fine right out of the wash, but by the next day it was basically like I hadn’t used anything scented at all. Maybe it works better for other people, but for the price, I’d be careful about buying a big size or stocking up. I expected more from Arm & Hammer.

It worked fine at first, so I can’t say it was a total miss, but the quality just doesn’t feel as good as it used to. It feels a bit cheaper now, and come on now, that’s disappointing when you’re expecting better. Not terrible, just not what I hoped for.

The scent is alright, just not something I’d get excited about. It starts off smelling clean and fresh, which I liked, but it faded quicker than I expected. It’s not bad at all, just kind of average in my opinion.

I was able to find the products without too much trouble, but using the site on my phone was frustrating. Pages loaded slowly, the menus felt awkward, and the overall experience just felt clunky. I also got the impression that some of the messaging was kind of talking down to me, which didn’t help. It’s not the worst site I’ve used, but it definitely isn’t enjoyable.

I tried reaching out to support twice about an issue with my order it felt like screaming into the void. Both times I just got these generic copy-paste replies that didn’t actually answer anything I asked. I’m not saying I expected a personal apology letter delivered by carrier pigeon, but come on. It really seemed like nobody even read my messages. Super frustrating, and I definitely wouldn’t buy direct again...

I tried it hoping my laundry would come out fresh, but my clothes still had this strange smell afterward. To me, it felt like it didn’t really clean them the way I expected.

I liked a few things, but after looking around and comparing the patterns in pricing, it just didn’t feel like the value was there. I kept noticing similar items elsewhere for less, which made it hard to justify the cost. Not bad stuff, just not really worth the price for me.
